Packaging your RMA
GForce Axle Repair: Suggested return shipment packaging
Start with a large piece of cardboard, or two taped together pieces; This will be easiest with the cardboard corrugations running parallel with the axle bar so it rolls easier! You will want at least 4” of excess cardboard on either end of the axle, and try to get 3 turns of cardboard around the axle. Keep pressure on the cardboard while you are rolling to keep the axle tight in the packaging, then tape the edges of the box over to hold the roll tight.

With 3 turns of cardboard, the ends will likely be too stiff to fold in by hand, so you can use a knife to cut two lines, 3-4”, 180* out from each other; Then you can start by folding one side over the end of the axle stub end, then the other. Once secured, tape over the end as much as necessary to hold it, then repeat on the other end. Once finished; Label the axle with the RMA number and if you are sending back two axles under the same RMA, be sure to write “1 of 2” and “2 of 2” on each box.
